From: 2 p.m. - 2:45 Located at the Boone County Senior Services

Sit and Stand Gentle Yoga Fee is $40 for each six week session for anyone age 55 and older, under 55 fee is at our regular rates. Designed for individuals 55 and older, however; if you are under 55 and would like to join us, all are welcome. If you choose you can pay by the day at $5 each day.
