Boone County Senior Services offers a variety of information on healthy living, educational opportunities, services and activities through newsletters, local newspapers, special speakers, and seminars. Listed are a few ways to gain information through our resources.

Friendly Visitor News: The Friendly Visitor News newsletter offers a variety of information for volunteers in the program. Newsletters include ideas and suggestions on activities to do with clients, how to speak to seniors, and additional information that may be helpful in coping with the generation gap. Senior Sounds Newsletter: Senior Sounds is a bi-monthly publication for all Boone County residents age 60 and older. To add your name to the mailing list, please send your donation, to defray printing and mailing cost, to BCSSI.
